Terms of Service

Anyone can join a game as a guest. You must be 13 or older to create an account. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy anything.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Your display name shows on screen and is read aloud to the room, so pick one you would be happy to hear. Do not use a name or a voice that:

• contains slurs, hate, or sexual content
• harasses, threatens, or bullies anyone
• shares someone's personal details
• pretends to be someone you are not

We filter names automatically, and hosts can remove players from their room. To report a player, tap the flag at the top of the room screen, or email support@mafiamanor.com. We act on reports within 24 hours.

Only record or upload your own voice, or a voice you have clear permission to use. Do not use Voice Clone to impersonate anyone or to mislead people. We can remove any voice that breaks this rule.

Prices are shown before you pay. What you buy unlocks content on your account for as long as the account exists, and it cannot be moved to another account. If you delete your account, your purchases are deleted with it. If something you bought does not work, email us and we will make it right.

In the iPhone and Android apps, purchases go through Apple or Google, and refunds for them are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Tap Restore purchases in the app's store to get them back on a new phone.

The game, narration, characters, art, and voices belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You are welcome to film and share your games. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the game or its content.

We work hard to keep Mafia Manor running, but we provide it as is. Games can be interrupted by outages, updates, or connection problems, and we may change or remove features.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell you in the app if a change is significant. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
